Island Garden Basketball Sports Complex in West Hempstead, New York has been a central hub for sports on Long Island since 1998. Home to the well established Long Island Lightning AAU Club (over 80 boys & girls basketball teams), this 53,000 square foot facility is designed to host three games, as well as individual instruction simultaneously.
There are three hoops on hardwood floor separated from the main courts by a wall, that makes a perfect place to get shots up while games are being played. Island Garden has also been used by the Knicks, Liberty and multiple NCAA teams as a practice facility.
